Horseshoe Bar & Grill has been a Southern Illinois staple for over 50 years. Always locally owned and operated, it has been the go-to place for many generations. We purchased the business (Originally Ouida’s Horseshoe Tavern) on January 2, 2017. We are a family-friendly restaurant and bar located on beautiful Horseshoe Lake in Alexander County, Illinois. Known for our hand-patted fresh hamburgers and our made-to-order pizza, we are sure that you won’t leave hungry. Enjoy your meal inside or dine outside on the picnic tables with a view of the lake.
